That's superb, Mr Anon. Alex's twitter is always good for a chuckle.
Apparently Dawson is the reason that Ogbonna is playing well.

Alex V has declared that when Ogbonna reaches 33 he should be exchanged for 3 eleven year olds.

might surprise some to know Alex V is currently on twitter saying he doesn't rate him and our defensive record backs him up.

Thiago at Chelsea is 36. I was a CB at a much lower level but experience saves on a lot of running in that position. Secret is to avoid being exposed to a sprint race.

Dare to say it but I think playing alongside Dawson is also helping him.

Most clearances in the league by some distance, the guy is a proper athlete can see him playing for a few years yet. Hasnt lost any physicality over the years and his positional play / reading of the game just gets better.

Sir Alf, 32 and playing all the games like the youngesters, even more impressive!

Jonny Evans is 33 tomorrow and signed a contract extension for another 2 1/2 years at Leicester this week. Centre halves don’t really come into their own until they are 30.

Really good centre backs go on, effectively, until their mid thirties.

Shame he is 32. Mind you Moyes had Sylvain Distin playing well at Everton until he was mid to late 30s

Ogbonna is Hammer of the Year so far for me. Superb consistency all season.
I'd make him club vice-captain and Rice club captain now.
Noble's time has passed.

PS agreeing with Willtell.
Ball watching used to be his massive problem. Spot on.

Immense.
Improved beyond recognition from his ball watching days.

Re: Angelo Ogbonna

I think Bilic signed him and I remember being disappointed at first. He tended to ball watch but successive managers have obviously coached that out of him. He's definitely our best CB these days.

Player of season so far for me...
The fact we can play a back 4 again and not get overwhelmed is great as well
